MASSAGE MODALITIES:
"I was born and raised in San Francisco. Because I grew up around stressed people and stressful environment, I always wanted to avoid going down that path. After graduating from High School I discussed possible paths that I could take with my family and friends. After hearing hundreds of things that I could do, I heard someone say "I need a massage". That made me seriously consider massage. After doing research about what massage is today and how it positively affects people I decided massage was what I wanted to pursue as a career. I feel fortunate that I can do what I love for a living." - Josh
Gloria's obvious love for bodywork has already garnered her numerous repeat requests. Most recently, she had two child clients for chair massage and discovered her touch can be translated in many forms whether her client is a 10 year old receiving a first chair massage or a bodybuilder needing deep tissue after a grueling workout! With her background as an Esthetician, Gloria just might start offering organic facials to our clientele - stay tuned!

"The thing I love most about massage is knowing that I made someone feel better. After becoming an esthetician and completing massage school, I realized I found a way to help people feel good about themselves. It is really great that I can work in Pacifica because this is where I live." - Gloria
"I didn't know I had a transversal longitudinal deltoid, or a superior metabolic scalene. Hell, I don't even know if those are real names of muscles, but if they are, I'm sure Gloria found them. I sure felt them when she was done with me." - Ron L., San Jose
After years of working alongside a Chiropractor by offering massage, Cassie decided a better fit for her would be within an environment that encouraged her fascination for body detoxification in concert with clinical massage.

"I remember when I was younger I would always watch the travel channel and want to go to all of those great places where I could get massages, wraps, and facials. Places where I could be pampered. Then as I got older I wanted to start doing that for others so I enrolled at the Essential Health Massage Institute in Merced, California. I continued my career for 2 1/2 years with a Chiropractic Office where I was able to experience many different clients with many different needs. Now I am excited to be a part of bodywork by the beach where I hope to continue my work, education, and love for massage." - Cassie
